You may recall Emma and Darren from their
engagement shoot on Waterloo Bridge at Christmas. Their wedding took place in May in the most beautiful Royal Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells. The weather held, so after the ceremony in one of the hotel's elegant rooms everyone was able to enjoy a glass of Pimms by the lake in the hotel grounds. A vast amount of pollen floating around was an unexpected challenge - only by chance did our camera sensors avoid clogging up - but everyone valiantly persevered, supported as necessary in their efforts by the aforementioned glasses of Pimms.
Darren's contacts as a professional drummer allowed him to serve up one of the tightest wedding bands I've ever had the pleasure to listen to, which is just as well as many of the guests were professional musicians and no doubt demanded a high standard of music! As with all of the weddings I've had the pleasure to attend as photographer, much fun was had by all. I wish Emma and Darren all the best for the rest of their married life.
